Life coaching is a way of mentoring, helping you get clarity in what you want and working with you to get it. Abundance coaching is the style that is a mindset that is not just positive but causes natural abundance in life to flood in. Often we find our thoughts and opinions limited to what the options are. But some limitations are self-imposed to prevent our success. Abundance coaching is a way to open up outside of those limits and produce results faster.
Life coaching and Abundance coaching are personal development not psychological or therapeutic in nature and life coaching can work for people who are seeking positive mental health through planning a successful future. Nevertheless, it’s not a replacement for professional mental health providers. Abundance Coaching unlocks potential and frees from restraining mindsets and life coaching mixes well in looking at where you are right now and getting clarity with where you want to be. I ask you to track back to how you would get to where you want to be and plan how to take regular actions to achieve.
I started coaching as part of my personal development as I could see the value of learning better when you help someone else get what you got. That was back in October 2010. I have done personal development training and coaching, leadership coaching, and business coaching before studying to be a life coach in 2015. My reason was I noticed business clients kept being limited by things outside of their own business. This made me want to focus on everything at once succeeding for my clients. I have built on all the experience and my passion for personal development growth and small business.

I have worksheets and session plans, and over the years I have honed the work to focus on where and how to get faster results. My ideal relationship program works in less than 2 months. My Job Finder program keeps getting people getting a job better than they applied for.
Most clients book weekly and sometimes fortnightly sessions. My main life coaching program is a minimum of ten sessions to get the value and it helps to have regular sessions, but you can have breaks, and holidays between but then we may need to look at sessions that get you back on track. That will depend on what you are out to achieve.
While many Life coaching tools can be used in our sessions, the sessions are completely tailored to what you are looking to achieve. I will ask more questions to get you to guide me in what’s needed for each session.
Goal setting is a foundational part of life coaching, and clarity in values and purpose comes into play too. Every session starts with an opportunity to discuss how you are tracking with your goals but three sessions look at the goals you are out to achieve towards the beginning and always a review and completion in the last session you have.

You do not have to prepare for your first coaching session unless you have questions you want to write down to ask if not answered here. For most coaching sessions if there is any activities or work to do between sessions try to best complete or let me know how far you got before the session as my planning for the session can build on the last and the activities are designed to uncover or create something between sessions.
Some clients want to keep coaching going but may cut back booking to monthly or fortnightly or even continue weekly as a structure to keep moving forward in what they want to achieve. Yet there are also clients who set goals they achieve and in that way, the end of coaching becomes more obvious. They met their goal/s in a short time and we have one more call that completes the coaching and looks to acknowledge the achievements and celebrate.
